She is a certified Design Thinking Coach. Rosane has worked in Telecommunications, Consumer Packaged Goods, Financial Services, Retail and Pharmaceutical industries, providing practical business transformation and integration expertise to executives and senior leaders.

Svetlana Zlobina Sr. Director, Global Cyber Security Strategic Initiatives at RBC

Svetlana Zlobina is the Senior Director, Strategic Delivery within Global Cyber Security at RBC. In partnership with business stakeholders, enterprise risk and security teams, she leads enterprise-wide strategic and regulatory Cyber Security initiatives that enables RBC to mitigate risk globally through effective risk processes, protection of assets (applications, data, infrastructure), and implementation of state-of-the-art technology solutions, while ensuring the organization’s compliance with regulatory requirements.Svetlana has over 15+ years of IT experience, managing budgets of $150+ MM, and has lived and worked in three countries, including Canada, U.S. and Dubai.

Fern Karsh – General Counsel, Catalystic AI and Director, Blockchain & Cryptoassets

Fern Karsh focuses on blockchain, cryptoassets and frontier technologies. She serves as General Counsel and blockchain technologies lead at Catalystic AI, an artificial intelligence and blockchain consultancy, incubator, investor and AI Academy, that provides strategy and development services to start-ups, scale-ups and large enterprise in artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies. Fern is responsible for internal legal as well as running the blockchain and crypto-assets group, managing multi-disciplinary consulting projects, consulting on regulatory compliance, internal investigation and remedial action.

Melanie Somiah – Senior Manager, Risk Artificial Intelligence Leader- Omnia (Deloitte Canada)

Melanie is a Senior Manager within Omnia AI, Deloitte Canada’s AI practice. She has 23 years of industry experience, having worked across financial and public sectors in multiple Information Technology (IT) and Cyber Security disciplines. She has extensive experience in IT risk and governance, Cyber Security and IT Project Management. She is a member of the Omnia AI practice specialising in Cyber AI.

Paige Dickie – Sr. Manager Vector Institute

Paige is part of the Vector Institute for Artificial Intelligence, where she leads industry-wide engagement with Canada’s largest financial institutions to leverage machine learning techniques to combat financial crimes and improve the Canada’s financial services sector. Prior to starting her Management Consulting career at McKinsey Paige advanced her education experience with advance biomedical and mechanical engineering degrees.
