Are you feeling invigorated and optimistic as the Province continues to loosen restrictions and return to our new normal? I know we are feeling this way especially as we have seen a huge increase in new inquiries from companies looking to return to full hiring!
With this optimism many people are looking inwards to plan how they want to move forward in their careers and take advantage of the roaring 20’s boom that many economists are anticipating. We are pleased to share that AMA Toronto has opened intake for Mentor Exchange Season 12, the industry proven program for empowering your leadership potential.
New this year, they have introduced Executive Coaching. Having successfully tested the concept over the past year, they are introducing five of their alumni mentors who have since become Certified Executive Coaches.
The coaching program will run in tandem with the mentorship program, leveraging the scientific matching engine, the networking and education offerings, as well as AMA Membership & events. Please note this program only has 10 spaces available.
For most people, the mentorship program is designed to help you find direction and hone in on a career plan. Executive coaching is an intensive program focused on your performance and in achieving a very specific goal. A typical coaching candidate is one or two spots away from the top executive role in their firm.
Unsure how to choose between Mentorship and Executive Coaching? On Thursday July 22nd at Noon we are hosting a live Q&A webinar where we will be sharing details about both programs. Attendees will also have a chance to meet two of our coaches; Andrea Graham & Bill Brown.
