Announcing Executive Coaching Partnership

Marketing Talent Inc has partnered with AMA Toronto to provide our network of marketing and advertising professionals with affordable access to a Professional Certified Executive Coach.

Finding an executive coach can be a daunting exercise, and with so many coaching certification programs out there, some promising you a certification over the weekend, anyone can get ‘certified’ to be a coach.

The most comprehensive and globally recognized certification is the International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification. AMA Toronto runs an Executive Coaching program designed specifically for marketers. All of the AMA Executive Coaches are Professionally Certified Coaches (PCC), which means they have done over 125 hours in coaching education and more than 500 hours of client coaching. The real game changer here is that all of these coaches are former advertising or marketing executives. They are a perfect mix of lived professional executive experience and trained & certified in coaching.

According to Marketing Talent Inc president, Craig Lund, the program is a natural fit for the personas the company attracts. “People come to our website because they know we share opportunities for networking, jobs and leadership development such as Mentorships. For individuals, the program includes AMA membership which means that the program can be written off on your income taxes under ‘union dues & association memberships’. Companies will find the program to be far more affordable than those offered by the large coaching agencies, which means being able to extend coaching to more of the senior members in the organization.
