Charlotte’s Marketing Community is Growing – So is Marketing Talent Charlotte

We are delighted to announce that Emily Gauthreaux, Recruiting Expert and Leader, has joined Marketing Talent Charlotte. The Queen City is a boomtown and with more companies setting up shop, it was only a matter of time before Marketing Talent needed to add a Marketing Staffing Consultant to the team. “We’re thrilled to welcome Emily aboard during this exciting period of growth within the marketing community” says Amy Stein, Managing Director. Emily comes to Marketing Talent Charlotte with 7 years of recruiting expertise and has recruited for some of the most recognizable companies in North America.

Emily will focus on developing and growing Marketing Talent’s portfolio of marketing talent while providing recruiting expertise to Marketing Talent’s clients and their marketing departments. “I am so excited to be a part of the Marketing Talent team and look forward to meeting more of Charlotte’s marketing leaders,” says Emily Gauthreaux.

I have been recruiting in the Charlotte market for 7 years where my experience ranges across many verticals in highly competitive industries. My diverse background has allowed me to be more adaptable and relatable in both my professional and personal life. I feel that I have definitely found a home at Marketing Talent Charlotte and within the marketing industry. There is such great talent and so many incredible opportunities here – I’m thrilled to be a part of it!

Having been active in the Charlotte community for nearly a decade, I am able to utilize a vast network of contacts and resources. Building relationships with candidates and clients holds great significance to me. I truly enjoy the interpersonal aspect of recruiting and making a positive impact on the evolution of a company or one’s career.

Originally from South Louisiana; I have great pride in my hometown, and am a big LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints fan. I am a passionate animal lover and I love to spend my free time reading and volunteering in my community. I also practice yoga and meditation often, and hold high value in continual self-growth. Can’t we all use a little improvement now and then? However, I have learned not to take life too seriously. I appreciate everything; I enjoy the little things; and I always try maintain a happy and positive heart.
