AMA Toronto has just announced that they have opened the application process for Mentor Exchange, the most sought after professional development opportunity in the Canadian Business and Marketing community.
I have been extremely proud and privileged to act as a co-chair for the program for the past 3 years, and in this, our 5th year running, the program has been taken to a whole new level.
The program is still a 9 month ‘One on One’ Mentoring relationship with a C Suite Leader and is designed for individuals at the Mid point of their career.
This year, will include a learning component through a partnership with the Schulich Executive Education Centre (SEEC) and in addition, all participants will also receive an AMA membership (a $250 value)
I became involved with the program in its 1st year as a Mentee, and was blown away by the power of having a Mentor and can attribute much of my success today because of my participation… and I’m not alone. This year we worked with our video partner Phanta Media, to capture a few success stories from our Alumni as a testament to the effectiveness of the Mentor Exchange relationship.
With 3 people applying to every 1 spot available, there are no guarantee’s your application will be accepted. I encourage you to share it with your staff or colleagues who would be interested.
