Nora Carr, APR, Fellow PRSA, is a highly regarded expert for her experience in strategic planning, communications, change management and organizational development. She has worked in the private sector as a senior vice president for Luquire George Andrews, helping a variety of telecommunications, entertainment, healthcare, retail and manufacturing clients. And she has worked in the public sector as chief communications officer for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, and today, as chief of staff in Guilford County Schools, where she participates in strategic planning with the superintendent and other senior staff. Nora has won more than 150 local, state and national awards for communications excellence. In 2008, she was accepted into the College of Fellows of the Public Relations Society of America, an honor bestowed only on the nation’s leading public relations professionals. As we near the start of Q4, she’ll share lessons that will help with our strategic plans for 2018.
