A few months ago we did some casual polling on Linkedin and Twitter to get a sense of what we could do to extend the reach of our efforts to support our marketing and advertising industry.
As the saying goes, if a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?
Well… turns out, people love that we post so many relevant industry events on our site, but don’t necessarily think to check back very often – which means missing out on some great events.
So we have created a monthly email digest that eliminates the need to remember to check in, and instead, you get a cute little email each month keeping you in the know!
We asked for your help coming up with a name, and in true crowdsourcing fashion – you didn’t disappoint – we love the name – The Toronto Localist.
What kind of events can you expect? We typically curate events from reputable business leaders, industry associations and publications including: The American Marketing Association, The Canadian Marketing Association, IABC Toronto, Strategy Magazine and many others!
